Mission Statement Our mission is to promote autism awareness in our community, and offer emotional and educational support to families seeking alternative therapies for their autistic children.
Volunteer Duties

Assist in running a home based social skills program called the Son-Rise Program. It is a parent-led program which focuses on building a connection with autistic children and using their motivations to encourage connection and growth. Duties consist primarily of spending time one on one with high functioning autistic children. There is also training, coaching and feedback.

The Son-rise program is a breakthrough in special needs treatment that relates to the whole child rather than simply behavior modification. As such, it has the potential not only to create more cooperative and functional lives, but to promote potential for full and lifelong recovery. It also gives tremendous richness to the practitioners.
Some of the benefits of volunteering include:
1. This will promote Autism Awareness in our community.
2. This will provide the family with the volunteers they need for their program.
3. Interested students will be exposed to a possible new career path.
4. Students will receive free training, as no experience is necessary...just a desire to help is needed
5. Students who complete 6 months of service will have the added benefit of using the ASD Climber Foundation as a professional reference in their future endeavors.
